This bad review is mostly for the company since I paid for the product but first time mail to the wrong address, then second time mail to an address with no unit number so it was undeliverable and I needed the machine for Xmas. Then I tried to email the company and the answer was there is nothing they can do about it because they do not have an agent or store at my address location. Very disappointed at this situation.
